BNP PARIBAS

Following the merger of Banque Nationale de Paris and Banque Paribas, Catalyst staged a series of programmes designed to unify the people, practises and cultures of many departments within the newly formed BNP Paribas.

As an integral element of Bacardi-Martini’s ‘Teamwork 2000’ initiative, Catalyst delivered a series of programmes designed to develop the quality and effectiveness of teamworking and communications throughout the organisation.
